Return Policy If you are unhappy with your purchase, returns are acceptable within 14 days of delivery as long as the merchandise is not used or damaged by the customer. To return an order you MUST notify Customer Service for return procedures first. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. A credit on your account will appear within 5 business days after the returned product is received, minus the initial shipping fee. However, if your item has arrived damaged please see below for warranty information. If you suspect your item is damaged at the time of delivery you should make a note on the bill of laden before signing it. Damaged merchandise will be accepted and replaced without penalty.
Warranty All products come with a manufacturer's limited warranty. If any item is proved to be defective by reason of improper workmanship and/or material we will replace, at our discretion, that part or the whole product at no charge to you. This warranty does not cover defects caused by: modification, alteration or repair of the enclosed product by anyone other than the original manufacturer. This warrantee does not include return shipping costs. If you need to use your warrantee please contact Customer Service as soon as possible and you will be given a return address and information. You must have a receipt for your purchase.
Shipping Unless otherwise noted in product descriptions, orders received before 2pm ship same business day. If you made your order between 2pm and 5pm, shipments may still be shipped that same day, depending on how busy the warehouse is. However, if you want expediated shipping, please place your order before 2pm est.
